Adi Leigh's Story

Integral Facilitator, Graphic Recorder, Collaboration Designer, Nomad

After 15 years of providing graphic facilitation and collaboration design services to support the strategic organizational change efforts of executive teams from the White House to the grassroots of change, in January 2017 I decided to take a Sanity Sabbatical. Along the journey of the sabbatical I shed many limiting beliefs, and also my name, Stephanie. Adi represents the boundless infinite energy of the cosmos and is a daily reminder of the journey to healing and manifesting my dreams.

Now I am a nomad on a quest to live life to its edges and explore the world through new perspectives.  I believe that we are what we practice and we are ALWAYS practicing. It was time for me to take a deep look at my own practices and align them with who and what I want to be in this world. The journey has transformed my head, my heart and my soul and has enriched my facilitation and design practices with greater nuance and attention to the humanness of our collective experience.

My new business, 10X Collective, brings together masterful teams to support clients in developing greater agility with perspective-taking to optimize the power of people in conversation.  From designing and facilitating events to documentary film to  interactive collaboration experiences to transformational ceremonies for healing.

With the 10X Collective - the potential is exponential.
